Hotel was located near to the main promenade and a 20 min walk along to the Star Ferry. Hotel had a fabulous spa and pool although we looked and had coffee in the pool bar we did not use them. The breakfast was well worth it, with a wide selection and chefs on hand, as required. Front of house staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Five stars all the way around for this property! Highly recommend the CLUB level. This is what a FIVE star hotel is all about! The staff are exceptional. Rooms are gorgeous with a view. When the refrigerator stopped working, they replaced it within ten minutes! The concierge assisted me with some travel bookings. Everyone is so kind and happy to help! Beautiful pool and bar area, saunas, etc. Restaurants and room service are also excellent. The valets assist with luggage and getting taxis and even giving recommendations. When I'm back in HONG KONG, I'll be back at ICON! It was my first time in HONG KONG and the hotel helped me fall in love with the city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are especially cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was much more spacious and added a special touch to our stay. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again.
