The staff was very friendly and accommodating, it was a simple process to check in, the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. Very close to many shops and the city, easy access to the subway, for the accessibility to travel around. The cleaning service was respectful and kept my room clean. The room itself was very nice, great view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Hong Kong.

Didn't try the breakfast since there are lots of restaurants nearby with all sorts of different offerings. Rooms are clean and and staff are nice. Good location. Walking distance to a couple of big malls as well as street markets such as Ladies Street and Sneaker Street.

I arrived from an early flight at 5AM in the hotel, David was the only receptionist at the front desk with professional service and sincere behavior, helping me to get to the room around 12PM which was a miracle despite of a full house booking the night before! Other than that staff were all olive with big smile on their face everytime while we met. Room was clean and spotless, room serviced everyday, not much noise from outside through big windows. I would come back accommodate here next time.

Breakfast is $156 per person. Dim Sum restaurant is expensive. Our housekeeper is great. One free can of water per guest provided daily. Lots of restaurants on Portland St. close by. Temple St and Women St within 15 to 20 minutes walk. Langham shopping mall is close. Locals all say that the hotel is in a very convenient location.
