I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants around the corner. I will definitely come back next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Plaza 8 Degrees Hong Kong, and I would especially like to recognize one of the front desk staff members, Louis, for his exceptional kindness and support. During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. It is rare to encounter someone who provides such genuine care and takes ownership in helping guests. Thank you, Louis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive memory. Your excellent service is a true reflection of the hospitality that makes a hotel stand out. I sincerely appreciate your help and kindness.
