コンパクトな個室

ビルの外観、エントランス、エレベーターはかなり古く見えましたが、部屋はベッド、トイレ・シャワーがあるコンパクトで香港でよくあるスタイル。エアコンもお風呂の湯沸かし器も不具合なく使えました。シャワーの水圧も水はけも良好でした。 トイレ・シャワーは同室。シャワーでトイレがベショベショになったーという日本人の書き込みをよく見かけますがアジアのスタイルなのでそれが理解できない日本人にはおすすめしません。 2台のエレベーターの右側は5階に止まりませんので左側ので5階にあがってください。11番のブースに行くまでの6番ブースに亜洲旅遊賓館の看板がありますが、レセプションは通りこした11番です！ フロントの人が設備案内をちゃんとしてくれたので戸惑うことはなかったです。

คุณลุงผู้ชายทั้ง2คน และคุณป้าผู้หญิงที่เป็นคนต้อนรับ น่ารักมากๆ เป็นที่พักในความดูแลของคนฮ่องกง ห้องกว้างมาก ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก ถ้าเทียบกลับราคา และห้องประมาณนี้ในฮ่องกง เพดานสูงโปร่ง เรื่องความสะอาดต้องแจ้งแม่บ้านถึงจะทำให้ แต่เปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนูทุกวัน มีไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น และกาแฟบริการส่วนกลาง ในห้องมีไดร์ แชมพูครีมอาบน้ำ ปลั้ก ทีวี ครบ ประทับใจสุดๆ ถ้ากลับไปฮ่องกงจะไปพักอีก มีค่ามัดจำ 100HKD สำหรับกุญแจ จะได้คืนเมื่อCheck out ที่ตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่าง จอร์แดนและเยาหม่าตี้ เดินไปMTR ไม่ไกล ขยันเดิน สามารถเดินไปมงก๊ก จอร์แดน และ เยาหม่าตี้ได้สบายๆ รอบๆมีของกินอร่อยๆ และราคาไม่แรง เห็นชีวิตคนท้องถิ่นสบายๆ

This place is really good. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean as well. There is a deposit of HKD100 to be placed when checked in which can be redeemed at check out. Rubbish are cleared from room everyday. Electric kettle and hair dryer was available as well. Building seems old but safe with lift that had camera and security guard. Location is right in the middle of Jordan and Yau Ma Tei, walking distance to MTR. Supermarket and bus to airport is nearby as well. It was nice that staff let us place our luggage with them after check out because we have a later flight. Downside would be rooms and bathroom are pretty small and walls are thin but that’s pretty much how they are in Hong Kong especially with Budget hotels, and we have already expected it. Overall, we are pretty happy with the place.

今回はちょっとがっかり

2回目の宿泊。前回値段の割に満足度が高かったので再度宿泊したが、今回は失望した。部屋によるのかもしれないが、宿泊した部屋は排水溝の流れが悪く、シャワー浴びるとすぐに浴室が水び出しとなった。また、建物のエレベータが5-6人乗るとブザーが鳴ってしまう為、常に混雑していた。フロントのおじさん達は親切なのだが、次回は微妙かな。

Budget friendly! We may had a hard time communicating at first but I was thankful that they used a translator while conversing. Will definitely book again if I'll travel back to Hong Kong.

價格便宜，乾淨的住宿

房間很小，但整體而言算是乾淨。床很好睡，但隔音不是很好，早上可能會聽到附近房間的聲音。周圍交通方便，離佐敦跟油麻地地鐵站大約都500公尺就到了，離廟街夜市也挺近的，女生就近要去的話還是建議攜伴比較好（聽在地人說廟街環境比較複雜）。整體來說以這樣的價格算是合理了！

Decent place to stay

1) Very good location to stay. Near Yau Ma Tei & Jordam MTR stations which make travelling to many interesting places easy. Many good local foods available near the House & near shopping areas. 2) House's owner (Ricky Sze) offered me a bigger room for 3 pax and very friendly staff.

If your on a budget this hostel would be good.

We have to use the stairs since since one of the elevator is not functional. Internet was down there was no staff to fix it. The building was old and hallway smells bad. But the room was clean.

Its okay for sleping and its very simple. Its good access from the airport with train and K1 buss after 7 stop.Nice for transfer but no comfort.

最近は香港旅行の定宿にしています。いくつかのゲストハウスに宿泊した結果、私の中では香港内総合1位です。ホテルとは関係ありませんが最近、このビル（平安大樓）のGFにある便利店の猫をみかけないのが、、、心配です。

Terrible experiences , not recommended.

The hotel located in a old dirty condo. A family run business. Bed sheet and tooth brush are not replaced on a daily basis at least you requested. Some rooms do not have a window. The hotel owners are very rude. When asked the them questions . They never gave a straight and easy answers. The building has many hotel. Elevators are easily break down. Sometimes Each elevator could not even hold 3 persons with luggages. Which need long time to wait in the queues when checking in and out when you have luggages. When I check out the hotel. The female owner even try to jump in front of the queue after I waited for more than 15 mins to boarded the elevator. They have no respect to their customers.
