A no-nonsense place to stay with adequate amenities. Close to the Sabah Museum and 20 minute walking distance of the Waterfront tourist district. The breakfast buffet is spartan for the price. The taxi drivers often confused this hotel with the upscale Tang Dynasty Hotel. This one they know as "Tang Dynasty PARK Hotel."

Overall is okay. The staff are friendly & the room is clean. Water pressure problem in the morning & no hose next to the toilet bowl. Tv’s channels are limited. Need to improve on that. Keep it up😊

The worst experience ever.

Wifi down, hot shower down. That's only the beginning of a nightmare. A thunderstorm during my second night at the hotel nearly tore the shabby hotel apart. A sudden blackout while my kid was bathing in the evening sent me to the lobby to find out the cause of the black out. Upon arriving at the lobby through the stairs, I was greeted by a fountainlike waterleak from the lobby ceiling. I was shocked as never in my life to experience a three star hotel with a leaking lobby ceiling and a flooded lobby floor. Booked for 4 nights, scared me away in the first night.

Penginapan yang berbaloi.

Penginapan yang selesa. sambutan front desk peramah, jelas dan informatis. Bilelk mendapat catatan positif kerana bersih dan kemas terutama bilek air yang bersih terjaga dengan baik. pandanganyang boleh dibaiki adalah sinki yang agak tinggi walaupun saya 5 kaki 7 inci terasa tinggi. laluan parkir yang agak sempit perlu berhati hati. keseluruhan amat memuaskan.

Good value

Very good and quiete, especially if you have a car: Car park facilities inside the hotel building. Well located in KK, from airport or from the waterfront (restaurant, pubs), a couple of shopping malls at a walking distance (Imago, Karamussing, Centre point, Oceanus). Ice sugar on the cake, the staff is very friendly.
