Koru Vacations

The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were respectful, friendly, and always helpful. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, even with our late arrival, which we really appreciated. The location is a major plus! It’s only about a 5–7 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. It’s a convenient base for sightseeing, especially if you want to discover Istanbul’s historic attractions on foot.

very close to everything & a very cute area

A great hotel, 10mins or so walk from all the main sights in Istanbul, and 5 mins or so walk from the Grand Bazaar, plus a tram stop to catch the tram that takes you down to Bosphorus shore/ferries. Staff are all lovely and so helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!
