We arrived late at the hotel and was greeted by very helpful staff. Our room was more than what we expected. The room didn't have that "hotel smell" - it was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, had great lighting and ample countertop space. When I called the front desk inquiring where we could fill our water bottles, they sent someone up with water bottles for free. We wanted to get something to eat that night but there weren't any restaurants nearby. That's the only downside for this location. We didn't purchase the breakfast package as we had to leave early the next day. I still recommend this location.

Everything was fine. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff and especially the lady at the morning, so kind! The rooms only have 1 minus and that's the noise from outside is coming ind because the windows aren't isolated properly, but otherwise it's fantastic.

24hr check in. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Easy to find . Large spacious rooms. Great place to stay if you need to get to the airport easily but there’s very little to do in that area so you need to commute into Istanbul.

This hotel was as good as some of the highest quality hotels that are much more expensive. The room was clean, everything was working well, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the airport and far from the tourist attractions in Istanbul, but there is a bus stop right in front of it with buses every 5-10 minutes. It was very convenient and cheap to go to the airport in the morning. I would without a doubt stay there again if I had to stay in Istanbul again.

A truly terrible experience. We arrived at 10:00 pm expecting to check into our room, only to find that it was not ready. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. And we had to book another hotel. What made matters worse was the lack of information and communication from the staff. Nobody seemed able to explain what was happening or how long we would have to wait. After a long day of travelling, this was incredibly frustrating and stressful. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.
