“I LOST MY ROOM KEY and got back around 10 PM. The older woman at the front of the compound had no idea what to do so I had to crawl into the window to get in. The next morning she wants to charge me an outrageous amount to replace the key??? And don't bring food back or eat here there's 1000 cats that will surround you.”
