“Large Rooms,Good Pool and staff grat value for money”

“We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying ”

“部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。 ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でしたが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。”

“The name is confusing because you cant find it on Google Map.The apartment could use some TLC but part from that the stay was good.I got the ground floor apartment witch is not good because of the bugs but that was easy to take care of,just had to spray every day.The over all stay was good,location was good but a bit noisy because of constructions but that was only in the day time.The biggest flaw was the lack of parking space,there were cars in the same parking space the whole 3 weeks i was...

“客室は綺麗に清掃されて水のペットボトルも毎日、用意していただけるのでありがたかったです。 部屋の鍵は壊れていたのか、外からはかけられなかったので、部屋の中で鍵をかけてドアをかけて閉じると施錠できたので、この方法が正しいのか、鍵が壊れていたのかは定かではないですが、同じ現象の場合は試してください。 トイレの鍵は壊れていたのか、こちらは閉まらなかったです。 ドライヤーが無いので、必要な方は持参した方がよいと思います。 チェックインが20:30までなので注意が必要なのと、チェックアウトのときにフロントスタッフがいなくて、困りました。20分くらい待ってもフロントスタッフがいないので、客室フロアを確認にいったら、清掃されている方がいたので声をかけたら、チェックアウトの手続きをしていただきました。おそらくスタッフの人数が少ないのだと感じました。 全体的にはスタッフ、警備員は親切ですが、人数がすくなかったり、朝早くや遅くまではスタッフがいないので不便さを感じました。”
