Snow, Jenny & Bishnu at reception were absolutely excellent & particularly charming. Nat in the recreation department was beyond expectation. And Aun, Pong & King were all very helpful. “Pros: The hotel facilities are really nice, with an incredibly large pool, very well kept gardens a good breakfast. The beach is very nice and long to walk along. Cons: the hotel is very big and as a consequence there are also many guests making the breakfast room and beach area very busy - no beach sun beds available after 10 since everyone reserves their sunbed. The restaurants of the hotel are a bit overpriced but there are small restaurants nearby so that should not be a problem. All...

“Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!”
