“Llegamos al rededor de las 9 de la noche y la recepcionista (Nathip) fue muy agresiva y no nos quería dejar entrar si no le enseñamos la reservación en el celular. Ni siquiera pregunto por nuestros nombres. Decía que no podíamos estar aquí y que no había campo. Al final, vio que si teníamos reservación y nos dio la llave sin mayor explicación sobre las facilidades y amenidades del hotel. Fue muy desagradable. “You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style. Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing. The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced. Love the place. ”

“Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!”

“Amazing pools across the area, acceas from all rooms which is very convenient. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, nice balcony with sunloungers. Super friendly staff! Hotel is nicely located within walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!! ”

“El hotel es estupendo. Tienen muy bien cuidadas las habitaciones y las instalaciones y la playa es preciosa. El personal es muy muy atento y amable, nosotros no hablábamos inglés y aún así se esforzaban mucho para que les entendiéramos y ayudarnos en todo lo posible. A parte, la habitación nos la dieron antes de la hora de entrada para no hacernos esperar, fue todo un detalle. Lo único que desde mi punto de vista podría mejorar un poco es el bufett. Por lo demás un 10. Lo recomiendo.”
