Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Fik desværre en hytte, hvor der tilsyneladende var nogle kloakproblemer. Det medførte en ubehagelig lugt, men også et volds9mt antal myg som følge af fugten hytten. Om andre hytter var bedre skal jeg ikke kunne sige, men Reggae Village var ikke vidende om min reservation da jeg kom, så jeg fornemmer at jeg fik en tiloversbleven hytte. Dårlig var den. Desværre var service da jeg skule bestille en taxa også noget tilbage at ønske. Med begrundelsen at “ alle sover” kunne jeg ikke få en taxa kl. 0745 om morgenen. taxa er eneste mulighed for at komme til og fra pgl. bugt. Endelig og rigtig ærgerligt og endnu en grund til at jeg sidder tilbage med en dårlig følelse for opholdet (3 nætter. Skulle have været 4, men valgte at rejse før tid pga. myggene) var at personalet ikke tilbagebetalte nøgle depositum af egen drift. Nuvel, jeg glemte det, men det havde nu klædt stedet at gøre det af egen drift. Var rigtig ærgerlig over opholdet.
