The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. “Pillows were awful and flat, nothing to them, didn’t have choices on bed. Long hallways to room so if not close to elevator then will be long walk to room. Breakfast was very bland tasting and juices were super watered down. Rooms were good size and bed wasn’t bad considering hotel bed, ac unit in our room seemed new so kept cool well, super small fridge so plan accordingly if need it to store your goods.”

“We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Pella! The stay was wonderful. Would recommend it highly.”

“Excelente. Clean. ”

“The hotel was as expected, but the room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke”

“You have to check in while driving in if not there by 9pm. They close but you don't find out until later. Then tv didn't work so had to call and switch rooms at 10pm at night.”
