Usually have great service and stay here. This time not so much. Tv wasnt working in one of rooms, airs auto setting wasnt working, my price i booked early was a lot more then price daughter got the day before. Also breakfast was not stocked well. no butter all 3 days there, coffee empty several times. were at breakfast sunday and limited choices compared to friday morning. Towels were empty at pool on saturday afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless; staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel was very clean, and beds were comfy! The only thing that caught me off guard is there is not an elevator. My father in law struggled a little bit going up and down the stairs, but thankfully it was just one flight. That was probably an oversight on my end. We will definitely stay here again!

Room was great but the stairway and hallway was freezing! I work on those types of ac heaters all the time. Who needs to keep units at 62 degrees? That's plain crazy! Thanks for the cold I got!

It was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that the room I booked with walk-in shower was not available when I got to the property. The king suite they gave me instead was roomy, but the couch was hard and slanted so it was difficult to get out of. The tub/shower was nice, but no bath mat to step out of, and when you have mobility issues, stepping out over the tub rim onto a slippery floor with your wet feet is a no-no. Since it was just me, there were enough towels for me to use one as a mat. Breakfast was very good and a decent selection of items even though the area looks small. Overall, a nice stay.
