Residencias en Knaresborough

“Reception service was poor and I had a cold water experience with the shower which wasn’t really acknowledged by the reception staff. The hotel manager apologised for both things post my stay. What made up for it was the friendliness of the amber restaurant staff who were welcoming and attentive. The chef is also excellent. Breakfast was good in most respects apart from rubbery fried eggs. Great choice though and able to sit wherever you choose which is nice.”

“Great service, polite and attentive staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room and pool facilities.”

“Todo muy cómodo”

“Staff was great!”

“Lovely hotel but rooms looking tired on the higher floors. Great location. Parking good 15 pounds we thought was a tad high but expected in Harrogate.”

“The staff was really nice and always willing to help. The hotel was antique and some stances could be refurbished although it also has the beauty of that age. ”
