“The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was good, except for the noisy plumbing when the tap in the bathroom was turned on. There were no bathrobes or bath slippers in the room and when we requested them they were not sent up. We had to ask the maid if she could get us some. The following day we asked the room to be serviced. I was disappointed they did not clean the used glasses or cups. They also did not stock up the used tea bags.
