“When we arrived we discovered we’d been upgraded to the character room - it was spotless - the gent who checked us in was polite and helpful - bed comfy - room amenities were good and cooked breakfast was 5* - proper Cumberland sausage and great bacon and egg! ”

“This was an immaculately clean and comfortable stay. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant had a good choice and the chef clearly takes pride in his food- great quality and lots of choice. The breakfast included traditional ootions but also good quality food. We loved the location and would highly recommend the Queens for an overnight or longer stay. We also brought out dog and we were all made to feel very welcome. ”
