We stayed at the Horse and Farrier the night before our hike up Scafell Pike, it's only a 25 minute drive to Seathwaite Parking, if you're going up the corridor route. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. the food was lovely and the room we stayed in was clean, well presented and comfy. Definitely recommend eating nd staying here!

Lovely inn dating back to 1688. Food was delicious and the rooms were cosy. For those who are on the taller side, it's worth noting that as part of the charm of a building built in the 1600's, you will find yourself having to duck underneath the doorframes!

Staff were very friendly, we were leaving early for the Fred Whitton event and they arranged for us to have some breakfast at 5am! Nice location for Keswick and the Northern Lake District.
