“The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers”

“Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

“For relatively new building rooms are not maintained very well. I had to change 3 rooms on my stay of 7 days. The 1st room, the toilet seat was completely broken, the 2nd room was smelling mold and was visible on the wall. This is a health hazard but the management didn't care to rent it. The 3rd half of the ceiling lights were not working. Electric outlets were bad only one working properly.”

“The staff are excellent. Manage.ent needs to put more effort into maintaining rooms. Showers fill up due to poor plumbing. Sewage smell in the bathrooms. I've been in 3 rooms and it was the same everywhere. Also lots of mosquitoes in the room when we slept at night despite being on the 5th floor and not opening windows. There must be a nest in the vents. We had to use bug spray when we slept but still had a envy of bites.”

“a new hotel with great service and food, they take you and drop you at the airport !! the spa is GREAT !”

“Fabulous hotel, considering the price. Clean, classy rooms, very helpful staff, free airport shuttle. They even have two lovely restaurants: one modern, and another all traditional. Top quality.”

“Posiblemente el mejor hotel de la ciudad, aunque su precio es alto.”
