Local was excellent short walk to miracle mile. Property is tired looking needs freshening painting , new carpets etc .

We stayed in room 902 and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, quiet, spacious, and even had it's own turret up a small set of stairs with immaculate views. We had breakfast each day with the hotel and the spread is great. The hotel's location is perfect as it's right across the street from Waverly station and there's an elevator from Market Street to get you to the lobby without having to take stairs with all your baggage. We also used the Airlink 100 bus to get to the airport at the end of the trip which was an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this hotel; I highly recommend.

Great stay. Completely unique accommodations. The restaurant, bar, snack bar, and room were excellent. The location was convenient to everything.

Excellent communication with the host company, very responsive. Extremely well located. Planning to stay here again when visiting Edinburgh again next year.
