“We have just got back from our one night stay at RobinHill Hotel. We had two four bed rooms as we went to see a show at the Princess Theatre. Firstly the owner Erica and her staff were excellent. Super welcome. Hospitality second to none. The rooms were very comfortable cosy and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. We could not fault this hotel on anything. Even the location was perfect. “We received a very warm welcome from Lin and, for the one night that we stayed, we found the top floor bedroom cosy, well equipped and immaculately clean. The freshly cooked breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.”

“The whole of the place said disaster to us. The staff were very rude. They also didn’t even give a smile. The cleaning of the room was absolutely terrible. The inside of the cupboards where you put your clothes were all drips of coffee the pigeons you couldn’t open the window as they were just sat outside watching when we asked for help nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. I am totally disappointed in the whole of the hotel itself. The pigeons were eaten off the table in the bistro....
