“Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place.
