“Me gusto mucho el servicio y tratamiento del personal, todo el mundo muy anable y servicial. No me gusto servicio del restaurante, el desayuno muy bueno, caliente, pero la misma cosa todos los dias, yo entiendo que es un típico desayuno inglés, pero debio haber mas variedad. Yo soy Hindu, me gusta el picante y no habia salsa picante en ninguna parte del hotel. La próxima vez traigo mi propio picanto 😊”

“Checkin was smooth and the hotel was nice and clean although it was dated. There was no elevator in the hotel! Guests have to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. Or you can take what you need to your room and leave your luggage at the front desk to be stored. ”

“Have stayed at the hotel many times but decided this time to stay in the franklyn suite as a treat and wow it certainly did not disappoint ! ”

“Great hotel in a great area! We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff, food, drinks, all wonderful. The standard rooms are small, but that is clearly indicated when you book. No onsite parking, but its not far. Only a few minutes walk. We are still talking about our stay and hope to be back.”
