“So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking.”

“The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. ”

“Good to short stay”

“The complimentary airport shuttle (one-way only) was very useful along with the breakfast buffet. Definitely worth staying if you do not want to go island hopping or to the city centre”

“New and modern furnishing.”

“Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend.”

“Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais goûteux. Chambre très propre, personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Ravi de mon séjour dans son ensemble. Je reviendrai inch'Allah. ”

“Værelserne var ok, ikke noget særligt”

“Convenient restaurants/shops nearby and entertainment at the hotel bar.”

“Toilet has no water piping facilities..just a tissue paper for this? Air cond position not suitable.. even though we waited for an hour, it still couldn’t feel cool in the room..”

“Very pleasant stay, comfortable bed, nice towels and amenities, friendly staff and very clean. Everything you look for in your city hotel for one or more nights. Thank you. ”

“Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.”
