“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

“Check in was quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was closed due to off season. Close location to shopping centre and The Entrance. No noise, very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Secure car park. Late check out (upon request)”
