“Cuando llegamos querían cobrar de nuevo aunque estaba preparado a través de hoteles.com. No tenían el pago registrado y descubrí que más bien no habían hecho ellos el cargo a hoteles.com y no sabían cómo hacerlo. Finalmente lo lograron y después de mucho esperar logramos pasar. El hotel bien, pero algo sucio y el desayuno con muy poca variedad”

They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was. The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return. ”
