“Great little hotel, 5 minutes walk from Khem Beach. Has an Italian Restaurant attached (10% off for guests). Nice breakfast. bikes and Kayaks free to borrow from Hotel, we took to bikes and cycled 30 km up to the pagoda temple and back. Only disappointment was how late they came to clean room / change towels....never before 4pm while we were there and sometimes as late as 6pm. Every day we had to ask for towels so we could shower from the beach to go out for dinner. Apart from that, a lovely...

“Overall is a good clean comfortable place very close to the beach and lots of cheap food and juice and spa right in front. Staffs are very helpful. Wifi is not excellent in some place. (I stayed at few different rooms so some room wifi is good while some is not). Overall, recommended! ”

“Super friendly family run hotel ”

“Hotel is very noisy, not sound proof. Breakfast is a joke, hardly anything to eat. Hallway has a damp, not so fresh smell and is not air-conditioned. Staff is nice and respond to requests. But property is dated and many of the local guests have no regards for others, yelling and being disturbingly loud at all hours of the day, especially during the early morning hours. No peace and quiet here, that’s for sure!”

“Entering the resort feels like stepping back in time. The Lamark University theme is well executed and brings interesting views around every corner. The beach is very clean and soft sand and they offer kayaks and paddle boards for guest use free. With the calm water it is a must to go out on the water for a paddle. Even in the summer rainy season this resort experience head and shoulders above a typical hotel on the beach. If you come to Phu Quoc I highly recommend staying here.”
