“AVOID THIS HOTEL — unless you’re looking for a hotel full of dogs! My partner and I stayed here for two nights for a business trip and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Our room was not clean at all. There was dog hair, marks and stains on the carpet, dirty facilities, a water jug that hadn’t been cleaned properly, a kettle full of limescale and marks on the bedding. “I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...
