The property was clean, room was very nice. staff was eficient and helpful. Amenities were good good. First choice in food wasn't available as I assume it was the weekend but food when arrived was tasty. The only drawback was the location. It was a little remote

Good location for Ipswich, room was very clean. Window's were not very good! Old style double glazing. Shower was not very good, no control on temperature and no pressure. Mattress was okay but could do with a new one.

We have always found our stays at the hotel to be good ones. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, parking plentiful and breakfast offers a good choice of food. The hotel is a busy one and there are signs of wear and tear and so would benefit from a makeover, but that does not take away from it being a hotel well worth booking a stay at. We do recommend this hotel to people.

I liked the convenience of where it was and where I wanted to be. The size of the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The room was very dated and had wallpaper hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink surface was all chipped off and made it look scruffy. There were a number of moths in the room too.
