Kercaszomor Vacations

The room was clean the staff was nice but the bathroom tub needs to be fixed

Make sure you ask what the resort fee covers etc

Beware! The parking is not as advertised and cost a fortune. The room was noisy at night making sleep difficult due to noisy air conditioner. The staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and was quite unhelpful. And most of all getting in touch with Expedia was impossible to achieve, even as I write this review they have not responded to my claims.

Staff needs to get better in the reception, since they are competing with very nice hotels (and more friendly). The 3 times we reached the staff at the front desk they were in a bad mood. Towels in the hotel are very “used” , the quality is very bad.
