Las habitacion tenía problema de mantenimiento (aire acondicionado que no enfría, humedad entre los azulejos del baño, un estado viejo y poco mantenido en general). Personal amable y buena comida aunque se repetían las comidas noche- desayuno y almuerzo. Para una escapada con niños de 3-4 dias, siendo tolerante puede ser una buena experiencia. Más tiempo pesarán mucho las carencias. ”

“The bed was as hard as marble. Pillows were not comfortable, just the sheet underneath; the top was some kind of glorified towel. The Room was next to the disco that stopped at midnight. Food for breakfast mediocre”

“We booked a luxury sea view room. Please don't bother booking luxury, we never got it. We were put into an economy room on arrival. After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. So my advice is to book sea view, and don't bother paying for luxury. That said, I liked this hotel. The pool was fantastic. The beach was great.
