“Muy buena atencion , muy esmerada en el front desk ,es todo un servicio profesional , donde se resalta la buena educacion y los buenos modales Lo que no me gusto es la mala predisposicion del chofer del bus que tiene el hotel como servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto , el mismo se mostro con mucha rispidez respecto a trasladarme con mi scooter de discapacitado ,entonces la manager al presenciar la escena de la mala onda del chofer , ordeno un taxi y fue pagado por el hotel ”

“Всё началось с ресепшен, очень приятный прием, тебя рады видеть как клиента. Комнаты очень стильные, много комплиментов, как и положено в хорошем отеле. Мягкие кровати и хорошего качества постельное бельё. Завтраки разнообразные, есть и фрукты и свежие соки, достойная выпечка. Из минусов одно, слышимость соседей. Но меня это не напрягало. Рекомендую для стильного пребывания!”

“I stayed here with my daughter after a 13.5 hr flight from London, and before our next 9 hour flight home to New Zealand. We had booked the room for 6 hours and as we arrived early, we were offered the opportunity to check in straight away which was very welcome. We asked to book an extra hour and paid $25 Singapore dollars for this. They gave us 20 minutes too on top of this for no extra fee due to the time we checked in. We also received vouchers for 2 free meals at the Ambassador lounge....
