“The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!. The funny thing is that...

“This places is good mid-level cost hotel. It was clean the ac worked. It was a little far from the beach if you care about that. The pool was nice. And breakfast was decent.”

“The hotel is a good place, but a ñittle bit expensive for what you get, about the breakfast we had a really bad experience, waited for morw than 30 minites to sonebody to take my order, I asked 4 people to help, and all of them just leave and said hold on. Really bad service at the restaurante, and at the front desk a lady and a guy, were kind of rude, never smile or make us feel welcome, if you want a warm place to stay, this is not the one.”

“Die Unterkunft ist okay, aber die Klimaanlage ist schlecht verbaut im Zimmer dass man schnell krank wird. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll und auf dem Zimmer ist keine Handwaschseife. Die Handtücher und Waschtücher werden alle drei Tage gewechselt. Fazit: Würde nicht nochmal kommen.”

“Imposible dormir, las ventanas no aislan absolutamente nada de ruido. Y si a eso le sumamos el karaoke que está abajo del hotelno hay forma de conciliar el sueño. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, tiene que ser en la calle y nunca hay porque es una calle pequeña. En mi caso encontré lugar a 200mt ”
