Cabañas en Karaca Köyü

“The hotel is a good place, but a ñittle bit expensive for what you get, about the breakfast we had a really bad experience, waited for morw than 30 minites to sonebody to take my order, I asked 4 people to help, and all of them just leave and said hold on. Really bad service at the restaurante, and at the front desk a lady and a guy, were kind of rude, never smile or make us feel welcome, if you want a warm place to stay, this is not the one.”

“The location is central. There was parking available. The unit was reasonably clean. We got a room on the ground floor. It is a budget hotel feel. We don’t mind the modest setting, however, the mosquitos were a big problem, we all got multiple mosquito bites. Red itchy dots are not the marks that you want leave with from a hotel.”

“Bueno, es un poco incomodo llegar con maletas y también encontrar el hotel y el parqueo. Éramos 5 personas y a 2 nos llevaron a otro edificio. Aunque un personal nos ayudó y está muy céntrico, es un poco dificultoso llegar en vehiculo.”

“The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!.
