“Property is in a great location. Walking distance to nearly everything fun and food related. Tons of space for a family to move around and still have their own personal space. Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.”

“Un hotel tipo apartamento, con la central y medios de transporte muy accesibles. Los cuartos son algo "viejos" pero tampoco quitan el sueño. No nos encantó la distribución del aire acondicionado pero tampoco es inviable estar un par de noches ahí. El servicio atento ya amable y la comida normal.”

“Estabamos alojados en wl piso 38, ha si que las vistas era lo mejor de la habitacion. En general la habitacion por terminar de limpiar, los aseos y baños dejan mucho que desear. Habia una,alfombra con mucha suciedad, se nos ocurrio girar el sofa para ponerlo cara a las vistas del exterior y de allí, salio mugre acumulada de bastante tiempo. A su favor diré que la ubicación muy buena y la habitacion muy amplia y el chico que nos atendio fue muy correcto.”

“Communication was the main issue that I faced. No proper check in details. only provided when I call in. Even though checking in time is at 3pm. We should have the message beforehand so that we will know what to do when we reach the destination.”

“No doy más estrellas porque no hay opción a poner 6 o 7. Suites amplias, cómodas y en un estado impecable. Limpieza inmejorable e inmediata. Cambio de toallas todos los días. Gimnasio completo, piscina cuidada y con fantásticas vistas. Desayuno bastante variado y completo aunque como era de esperar predominantemente oriental.”

“Overall, the room was excellent but communication was the worst. I had to go for months without being able to communicate with the apartment owner nor any front desk for information regarding checkin, mail, amenities, etc. Imagine having an important vacation coming up and not knowing if you were even going to have a place to stay in a distant unknown country until you got there! That's what happened! Expedia should not have this as a listing. The apartment owner/host would not respond by phone...
