“Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. “The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. ”

“Hotel ya un poco viejo, aunque no está mal, no creo que repitiera, se encuentra en una zona dónde no hay nada. Hotel ruidoso en las habitaciones por culpa de los aires acondicionados. La piscina con mucha gente. El desayuno esta bien, eso si. PMR: Hotel dónde aprovechando las rampas para los maleteros puedes acceder a casi todas partes. Eso si, como casi toda Malasia, no esperes que nadie respete los pasos adaptados donde los alla. Lo normal algo aparcado en la rampa.”

“Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top....

“Hotel con mucho encanto y personalidad. Habitación deluxe muy grande, cama muy grande y cómoda. El baño también estaba muy bien, con ducha y bañera separadas. El personal del hotel es super amable. La zona de la piscina no és muy grande pero la piscina es preciosa y tiene mucho encanto.”
