Como la mayoría de las cadenas el hotel está apostando por eficiencia más que servicio, lo cual es excelente si quieres descansar I dormir cómodamente. Si buscas una experiencia de servicio este quizá no sea el hotel que buscas. La ciudad es pequeña y fácil de caminar por lo que encontrarás buenos restaurantes cerca del hotel.”

“Well maintained hotel at the heart of GeorgeTown. Excellent location for connectivity to the mainland, via the ferries’ jetty, very close to historical sites (eg the Khoo Kongsi), local eateries and to the lively night scene. Staff are friendly and helpful (special shout out to Nick and Eline). The night staff during my stay could smile more or just offer a warm greeting.
