“In general good, but there was an intense smoking smell in the room”

“We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

“It is a convenient place if you are looking for a place near pengkalan. There is a coin laundry at the block behind and also a mamak restaurant. You can also find Zus coffee and Family mart there too. Aeon section 18 is just 5 min drive away. It is about 15 min to town center. The room and bed is clean and comfy. perfect if you are looking for a simple overnight stat without all the fuss”

“Clean room, comfortable air-con and bed, nice shower. Corridors looked very run down.”

“El apartamento es bastante amplio para una familia de 4. Todo es correcto pero se echa a faltar que no haya un solo armario/cajonera en ninguna de las habitaciones y los utensilios de cocina también son bastante escasos. Por lo demás todo bien. La piscina de la azotea está genial y bien cuidada. Con personal amable y servicial. “Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!”
