“Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. “Staff was extremely dry with us and slow to deliver requests whether that’s food at the restaurant or items in room. Our room phone didn’t work they sent a technician twice in the night to try to repair it but it was not repaired. That was after I went down to the counter because they also didn’t respond for a while on WhatsApp. Ordered food at their only restaurant and it was average. “The location is great, You can walk oldtown, find food, services, bus stop. The room is clean, everything works, just feels a Little bit old, bit funcional. The staff is helpful. The pool is good enough to cool down after a day walking.”
