“Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top....

“The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”
