“We really enjoyed the helpful and courteous staff, we had a challenge in the unit we originally booked into and spoke with the staff, we were immediately supported with our concerns and our accommodation changed to meet our needs. Very helpful, very clean we had a three night cabin stay. Would recommend.”

“Ridiculously overpriced! Obviously aimed at mining companies who are happy to pay way over what it's worth unfortunately making it completely unreasonable from a tourist's perspective. The hotel itself is ok, had it been priced for what it was I would have rated it much higher although check in staff weren't overly friendly.”

“Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great.”

“This hotel is a bit of culture shock for European travellers. Shared bathrooms were something I did not expect but I’ve since discovered it’s common in country hotels in Australia. The hotel was being renovated, there were builders everywhere making a lot of noise with machinery early in the morning. Our bedroom at the booking stage was advertised as having a balcony but we ended up with a room with no window! It was a busy time in Kalgoorlie so we could not find an alternative hotel in the town...
