“Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Only concern was room ten, loaded with low beams (obviously for support) by precariously placed for guests. One large beam on left side of bed, so dangerous. Even after sliding the bed to right side I managed to smack my head. We felt as if we were crouching every time we were in the room. I’d suggest moving bed to other side of room by door, it’s a bad accident waiting to happen…”

“I wish I could give higher stars. The front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff and evening bar staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Everyone that works there went up and beyond to help. Our car broke down and we stayed one more evening and it was a blessing . This place is worth staying and the hospitality is beyond what ever you would expect. ”

“Hotel situado en una zona comercial.a.las afueras de Reims. Bien comunicado con autopistas. Necesario desplazarse en coche para ir a cenar (sólo hay un establecimiento tipo buffet próximo, al que se puede llegar andando). Hotel bastante nuevo, en buen estado. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.”
