Jastrabie pri Michalovciach Vacations

I was charged twice for parking in self parking garage. Took 4 phone calls and 20 min to hopefully resolve the problem. There is supposed to be a credit on my charge card in 3-5 days. Self parking is $20/day. Recording on Harrahs phone line says parking is complimentary. Pool is only open until 6 pm. Hotel room ok, nothing special. Once I approached the desk check it took 15 min. To get checked in, Employee was very nice, but then I had to wait for a manager to personally welcome me to the hotel. I’ll look for another option next time.

Tiny tiny tiny bathrooms. only one night stand at the bed. Living room and kitchen were fine. Floor was dirty, some of the dishes and silverware in the cupboard were dirty.

I really liked the hotel's location and how spacious the room was. However, the common areas felt neglected and dirty, and the room had a couple of issues I didn't like: one of the curtains was torn and the safe was locked (they should really check those details before assigning a room to a new guest).

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.
