Vacations Close To Brekovsky Castle

The staff rushed us during check in. When we asked questions we were told, “hold on I’m getting there” and the way she said it was as if we were annoying her. Then they kept changing our credits and treated us like we did something wrong and shouldn’t have credits. There was only 1 person that treated us great, Milly from the Conrad lobby. We also had a broken shower head that never got fixed. So showering was a nuisance. Lastly the shower had hair from a previous guest that was still clinging to the wall. Worst stay in a very long time.

I love staying at the Virgin Hotel. Its comfortable and walking distance to other stores.

The room is spacious, well decorated, and clean. The outdoor pool is beautiful and excellent for unwinding and relaxing. Staffs excelled in customer service. Shoutout to Martin who assisted me in finding the Lobby from the parking elevators. Everything you need and want in one place.

This was a very unique hotel compared to where we usually stay. May not be unique to Miami but this was our first trip to Miami. Staff was very courteous. Enjoyed staying there and will stay again.

Not being familiar with the hotel, I booked first floor ocean view. I purposly arried around 11:00 to get familiar with the hotel and view of my room. I was not happy with the first floor since the view to the ocean was fully covered by the sand doone and overgrown grass. I immediately requested a change of location. I was lead to believe that I may be able to be moved to a higher room.. Unfortunately at checking time I was assigned the original room. I requested a change to any other accomodation. The supervisor who had already noted my request immediately provided another building option. It actually was a very good location and the change was a welcome. First floor ocen view, is not a good choice as the beautiful view is not available. Loved the ocean vew beach bar, very good service. air conditionng perfection, sice we had very hot temperatures. I provablly will go back next year for the 4th of July. One more thing, loved the breakfast.

Would definitely look at staying back here again as was better compared to other hotels around the area.
