Vacations Close To Jamaica Performing Arts Center

Like the location just outdated.

This is one of the worst holiday Inn express I've been to!!! Omg. Theee worst! Old fashioned amenities, bath tub stain, carpet was dirty, air conditioner cover fell off, my two other family members got stuck in the elevator! Had to wait on elevator up to 30 mins every morning because they were not working properly. Me and my family purposely stay out late in time squares area; just to avoid going to the hotel early. We only go in late and go straight to bed and leave out early in the mornings just to get out from this horrible place. Its a disgrace to the Holiday Inn express group! This is the worst one. Need major upgrades and renovations! Not to mention. The staff are unprofessional, nonchalant and lack good customer service. Overall rating 0/10! HORRIBLE PLACE

No elevator and small room

Air conditioning worked great the staff was friendly but the rooms had no mini fridge rooms were clean

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with nice cold air, and a quiet restful sleep. Being able to check out but store out bags while we explored more of the city was also a big bonus!
