Jacura Vacations

Unfortunately the property is very outdated and the clientele a bit rough. We paid for an update suite for my family of five thinking the couch was a bed but it wasn’t and there were no sheets and pillows so we had to ask for them. The rugs were falling apart with little pieces everywhere. The bathroom/shower area was nice and spacious and the water was hot so that was a plus. The overall hotel smelled of smoke too which was not pleasant. On a positive note, the free valet was convenient and the staff were nice that got our car for us. And the pizza place inside the hotel was very good. Pizza delicious and pretzels fresh. Overall, we would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Personally, I'm better off at a Hilton. This is a great budget hotel, and a great location esp. for a conference. If you want to enjoy the little things, IDK. I'm going to stay elsewhere next time.
