Small rooms, but clean and cosy. Perfect location for tourists who wnat to explore Izmir. Plenty of bars and restaurants just close by, and couple of minutes from the waterfront or the main touristic sites in the city Excellent value for money in my opinion and the staff are nice and welcoming..

This place was great. The people at the front desk were SUPER helpful and accommodating. The room was great, only the bathroom was a tad cramped but I like the movement away from giant and tacky (Las Vegas) hotel rooms. Between the price, the location and the hospitality received I’d easily come back here.

I have never stayed in a smaller room! We specifically looked for a non smoking room- while there was no ash tray in the room so maybe it is considered “non-smoking”, it smelled like smoke SO bad. But with that said there are cute details of the hotel and room, and the staff was great. Good location, but be aware if you have a car parking is a NIGHTMARE.

İzmir'e kısa süreli iş/turistik seyahatler için çoğunlukla tercih ettiğim bir otel. Hem Alsancak merkez içerisinde, hem de gerçekten iyi bir otel. Görece iki husus önemli. Dar bir sokak içerisinde olduğu için park sorunu var. Araba ile geliyorsanız yakınındaki açık-kapalı otoparklar var. Özellikle belediyenin kapalı otoparkını öneririm. Yürüme ile max 15 dk.

otel Kibris Şehitleri Caddesi’ne yürüme 1 dakika konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, odaları kutu gibi 1- 2 gece konaklanacaksınız tercih edilebilir.. daha uzun süreli konaklama için büyük odaları tercih etmelisiniz.. temizlik konusunda odalar çok temiz ve düzenli.. genel olarak 5 üzerinden 3-3,5 puan verilebilir

Kıbrıs şehitlerinin göbeğinde temiz bir yer. Yalnız standart oda seçerseniz oda çok küçük ve dar. Bizim için gece konaklayacak yer lazım olduğu için odanın darlığı çok da önemli değildi. Ancak oda da keyif yapayım falan diyorsanız delixe odalara bakın. Standart oda en fazla yatıp uyumak için.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, alsancakta eğlenip araç kullanmadan 2 dakikada ulaşabileceğiniz bir yerde. Resepsiyondaki beyefendiler gayet güler yüzlülerdi. Gün içinde gezip akşamları uyumak, dinlenmek, duş almak için gayet yeteli, temiz bir yer. Tavsiye ediyorum

öncelikle İzmir içinde bu kadar güleryüzlü bi işletmeye denk gelmemiştim, balkonlu odadaydık ve evimizde gibi hissettik, temizlik ve konfor açısından çok başarılı, konum olarak da merkezi olması bizi rahatlattı, odanın bu denli pratik oluşu ve dekorasyonun güzelliği bizi mutlu etti, güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.

Konumu mükemmel, her yere çok yakın. Oda ve banyo çok küçüktü ama bizim için çok sorun olmadı. Temizliği iyiydi ama havluların yenilenmesini ve sabun olarak sıvı sabun tercih edilmesini tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımsever. Onlara ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar burayı tercih edebilirim.

Hotel ve odalar oldukça keyifli dekore edilmiş. Oda biraz küçük bu sebeple çok uzun konaklamalarda daha büyük bir oda tercih edilmesini tavsiye ederim. Çok merkezi bir konumda olduğu için gece sokaktan ve çevreden gelen seslere hazırlıklı olmak gerek, bizi rahatsız edecek seviyede değildi.

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation in İzmir. We chose it for the location and yes, it has a very good location. It is located in one of the most hype neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the coast, train, tram, ferry as well as bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. Yet, the rooms are very small. We got the deleuxe room for having a bit more space but ended up getting trimmed to the bed, not being able to move freely or even open the suitcase. Our main disappointment was about the soundproof rooms. This hotel claims to have soundproof hotels; yet, what they mean is soundproof facade only. You still hear the music from the bars, at a much manageable degree. What is disturbing is that the thin wall separating your room and the next is not soundproof at all. You hear every single move. There is so much noise going on within the hotel as well and you hear them all as if they happen inside your room. So if what you are looking for is to hit the bars and come back late at night and come back to the room for a couple of hours of sleep only, it is worth your money. Otherwise, not recommended.

Oda toz içindeydi, özellikle oda dekorasyonunda kullanılan plastik çiçekler tam olarak toz yuvasıydı ve oradan odaya yağmıştı tozlar. Oda da küçük olduğu için, toz kokusundan zor uyunuyordu, pencere açmamıza rağmen düzelmedi, oda değiştirmeyi düşündük ancak çok eşyamız olduğu için vazgeçtik.
