Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong one for which we had to go around to come back to the correct exit. Overall, our stay was pretty good and the staff were friendly.

This is a good hotel very close to the Baseme subway and train station. The water was hot and the bedsheets clean. There is even a pot to make tea in the room, along with a mini-refrigerator. The free buffet breakfast was good as well. Additionally, they do offer excursions to the main tourist sites out of town for a reasonable price. I would easily stay here again for the price offered.

The hotel seems to very nice, but there was no cleaning service for first 3 days. Wifi is very slow or non-existent. The bed is solid as a rock and had not much sleep.

Air conditioning was poor and blowing out hot air. The elevator was reading incorrect numbers. The room was not clean when the cleaner came. 4 ADULTS stayed and there was only enough amenities for 2 adults. The power would turn off when you took the key out which made the room extra hot. Windows were placed directed in view of the bedroom and neighbours could risibly see straight through our window. Hotel staff were rude and kept us waiting for a long amount of time for the car. Random "staff" were hanging out the front and would demand us to park elsewhere. Breakfast was moderate, by 9am food was gone, bread was stale and nothing was left. Hotel looked like it was falling apart and nothing was working. Would never stay here again. Don't fall for the "free parking" there's no such thing only one parking allowed per day! If you waste that you're on your own. Staff did not help with suitcases and left us to do it alone.

This hotel is just barely OK. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The hallways are dirty and noisy. The staff was not friendly, nor they unfriendly just OK. The area is very busy and noisy. I would not stay this hotel again I would stay closer to the water.

I booked a family room for one night for me and my family. The room was awful. Cigarette smell everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, I asked for a baby cot at least 7 days in advance but was told that their was none, and that it was given away. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us, I therefore only slept 5 hours. Luckily enough I only booked 1 night.
