Very nice stay

For the price,we couldn't have asked for anything more. The bed was comfortable,the bathroom was spacious,the AC worked wonderfully and the minifridge allowed us to store cold drinks,which in the summer is a lifesaver. The room itself was nice and inviting . The staff were very nice and accommodating,and even offered help when I was sick. Everytime we asked for something they were very quick to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met.

Konaklamamızda zaten çok büyük bir beklentimiz yoktu; oteli yalnızca duş alıp uyumak için tercih etmiştik. Ancak ikisini de yapamadık. Akşam saatlerinde otelde su yoktu, odalar arası ses yalıtımı çok zayıf olduğu için uyuyamadık. Temizlik de oldukça kötüydü; sadece yatak, yorgan ve battaniyenin değiştirilmiş olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Enttäuschend !

Wir waren wirklich enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Auf den Bildern auf der Website sah es echt toll aus und auch die Bewertungen waren vielversprechend. Als wir ankamen wurden wir leider vom Gegenteil überzeugt, die Dusche war kaputt, das Waschbecken war kaputt das Licht war kaputt und in den Möbeln waren brandlöcher von Zigaretten, auch das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Als wir der Rezeption von dem kaputten Waschbecken berichtet haben (das den kompletten Badezimmer Boden geflutet hat) wurde uns nur ein extra Handtuch gegeben um den Boden zu trocken und wir wurden vertröstet dass jemand kommen würde um es zu reparieren, dies ist allerdings nie passiert. Das gleiche Spiel mit dem Licht. Die Gegend in der das Hotel gelegen ist ebenfalls nicht die Beste, so dass man sich abends nicht sicher fühlt zu Fuß unterwegs zu sein. Also ich weiß wirklich nicht wie die vielen guten Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind aber wir können da leider nicht zu stimmen :(

Yorumlara aldanıp rezervasyon yaptım fakat odanın kapısı doğru dürüst kapanıp açılmıyordu bile. Yardımcı olunmadı. Otelde su yoktu. Tüm ilçede kesik dedi resepsiyon fakat çok yakın otellerde bu durum yoktu. Otopark var yazıyordu ama otoparktan kasıtları bina önüne ilk gelen çeker şeklinde 1-2 arabalık bir yer. Zaten sokağın yer yeri araba dolu. Orada konaklayamadık parayı ödememize rağmen başka bir otel bulduk gece 01:30'da. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Güler yüz ve ilgiyle karşılandık. Odalar genel anlamda temiz. Fiyat performans açısından tercih edilebilir. Sadece banyo giderinin kapalı olması sebebiyle duş alamamamız ve bulunduğumuz katta wifi olmaması bizim için dezavantaj oldu. Yine de otelin sahibi yardımcı olmaya çok açıktı.

Sahibi ve resepsiyondaki çalışan kibar ve yardımseverdi. Lokasyon ve fiyat olarak beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Tek olumsuz şey tüm odalarda sigara içilmesi ve ceza yazılamadığı için de otelin bunu engelleyememiş olmasından ötürü sigara içilmeyen oda seçmemize rağmen odaya sinen ağır kokuydu.
