They try to put me to pay again the amount of money that i paid on application, i waited to do check in 2 hours because they not speak english and was difficult to manage situation and i received 2 rooms with the cover of bed dirty

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im Stadtkern von Izmir mit sehr vielen Geschäften drumherum. Ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden (wie z.B. streichen, neue Möbel etc.), dennoch für den Preis nicht zu meckern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet für den Start in den Tag völlig ausreichend mit guter Auswahl.

A notre arrivée cette très tardive (1h du matin) ma réservation n’apparaissait pas à l’hôtel et l’hôtel était complet mais le personnel a été très serviable et ne nous a pas laissé dans l’impasse il a téléphoné à plusieurs hôtels du secteur et nous a trouvé une solution avec le personnel de l’hôtel voisin qui nous à proposer une chambre merci à eux

İlk olarak oteldeki personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi .Otelin konumu güzel merkezi yerde metroya konak merkeze sahile cok yakın .Otelin temizliği iyidi kaldığım sürece carsaflar vs değişmisti .Odaları cok kücük genis değildi kaldığm odada tv arızalıydı ertesi gün yapmıslardı ve kaldığım odada yanı hizmetli görevli odasıydı oradan cok ses geliyodu dısardanda aynı sekilde ses yalıtımı kötü Otelin .Wifisi cok kötü ya bağlanmıyodu bağlanınca cok donuyordu değiştrilmesi lazım.Otelin yenilenmesi gerekli fakat kısa kalmak icin idare eder

Otelde ses yalıtımı sıfırdı. Gürültüden uyutmadı. Sabah kahvaltıya saat on gibi gidince sucuk patates kızartmasının falan bittiğini gördüm yenisini koymamışlardı. Daha ucuza aynı deneyim yaşanabilir.
